For integrators whose clients sell online
You are in the right place if
- you install or maintain Dolibarr for online retailers;
- their store (WooCommerce, PrestaShop or other) is synced with Dolibarr;
- they export to a spreadsheet to know the margin per product;
- their purchase cost changes, or payment fees and shipping stay out of the calculation.
It is not the right case if
- your clients do not sell online;
- Dolibarr’s native margin already suits them;
- you sell a directly competing module;
- you are only looking for an affiliate link to share widely.

Commission is based on the amount actually paid: a discount code reduces it accordingly. The same rule applies to ROAS Analyzer Pro and Nexora Relay, on the first paid order only; renewals and later subscription payments are not commissioned. The programme terms (French) prevail.

How it works
From application to first commission
1. Application
Tell us which kind of online retail client you have in mind. We check that at least one case is likely.
2. Demo and licence
A 15-minute session on the problem, not on every feature. Then the demo licence to test on your side.
3. Client case
You identify a client who fits. Send them your link, or send us an introduction email before they buy, so the sale is credited to you.
4. Sale and commission
The client buys at the public price. The commission is approved 14 days later, then paid by bank transfer the following month.
Introducing a client by email
Write to support@nexoratoolbox.com, subject “Partner introduction”, before the client buys: company, domain, contact, date and the need in one sentence. Nothing more — no sales data. The introduction is valid for 90 days. If the client was already talking to us directly, we tell you straight away. If two partners introduce the same client, the first qualified introduction wins.

Can I install the demo licence at a client’s?
For a short test, yes. In production, no: the client buys their licence at the public price. That licence gives them updates, support — and you your commission.
Does my client pay more by going through me?
No. They pay the public price shown on the site. The commission comes out of our share.
Can I resell the licence at a discount?
Not during the pilot: the client buys directly on nexoratoolbox.com. A reseller model or licence packs can be discussed once several sales have been made.
Can I earn a commission on my own purchases?
No. A purchase made with the email address of your partner account does not earn a commission.
How do I get paid?
By SEPA bank transfer, once a month, as soon as your approved commissions reach €50. You need a bank account in the SEPA area. We ask for your IBAN by email before the first payout, and you send us an invoice for the amount, following your country’s VAT rules.
